Please note the following contraindications prior to requesting a new patient appointment:

Medical conditions that may disqualify patients from undergoing PRP treatments, include:

• Current pregnancy

• Active blood cancers 

• Active blood diseases (such as HIV or Hepatitis that are not in remission) 

• Patients taking large doses of blood thinners or topical medications in the area of treatment (such as steroids).

• For hair PRP patients: Active scalp skin cancers and/or dermatological diseases affecting the scalp (i.e. Porphyria), or complete baldness (PRP can thicken hair, but not reverse baldness).

• Actively sick with Covid/Flu/Virus (suppressed immune system).
